My name is Jaime Rosegren, AKA Rosie. I have been a member of Local 479 since 2014 and a member of IATSE since 2012. While I have primarily worked in the Set Decoration Dept, I also have experience in the Property Dept. I work as an On Set Dresser.
I have been a Set Steward since 2019. I have studied Labor Law, Bargaining Tactics, and Strategic Corporate Research at Cornell’s Industrial Labor Relations Institute, as well as studied IASTE Steward classes with Local 478 in Louisiana.
I have served various positions within the Local, including Constitution Committee Chair, Pride Committee Co-Chair, District 7 Delegate, and have previously run for Business Agent in 2022.
I have been a Departmental Instructor within Local 479 for many years, developing several Classes for the Set Decoration Dept, both at our Hall and at CAPS, one of our local Property Houses.
I live in Decatur, GA with my husband,Rob Rosegren, who is a 479 member and Set Dec Gangboss; and our pups Willow, Mabel, and Bear. I own a small business in Avondale Estates and we just celebrated our 4 year anniversary.
