Rosegren for IATSE 479 Business Rep

Hello 479 Kin, 

I am Field Representative Keith Mingo, I am endorsing Jaime Rosegren for Business Representative. Change is inevitable. 8 years ago, I became a 479-field representative. I met a talented member named Jaime Rosegren. After Jaime’s first steward position her knowledge and growth increased rapidly. She has trained and studied our 479 contracts and has been a major component in the progress of this local. When 479 did not offer a steward’s class Jaime drove to Louisiana on her own dime to local 478 to their stewards’ class. She returned to become one of our best stewards and has a strong working knowledge the IA contracts and our constitution. 

Along with her many accomplishments, she served as the Set Decoration Chair on the Negotiations Committee, has experience negotiating her own deal, and is familiar with Executive Board practices. She has strong relationships with the Locals surrounding us as well as contacts with in the International. She is a small business owner and has served on the board as co-founder of an agricultural education non profit. 

Jaime’s community focused approach will help unite our local. Our members require more assistance now and I know she will be able to provide this help. Jaime’s dedication to the membership, their safety, and well-being will be a priority.
